TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER
By signing below, you agree to abide by the following terms for all Group Slot Pull events run by Desert Degens LLC ("DDL"). Please read
carefully.
1. Eligibility. All participants must be of legal gambling age under applicable local law. By signing, you represent and warrant that you meet this
requirement. DDL reserves the right to verify identification and refuse participation to anyone who cannot confirm eligibility.
2. Contribution & Pool Fund. Each participant who elects to join the group pool will contribute funds via TITO ticket for the amount selected
above. Total funds collected will be placed into one or more slot machine(s) and played collectively as a group. DDL will play the group pull at its
sole discretion for a duration of between one and two hours.
3. Redistribution of Funds. All remaining funds at the conclusion of the group pull will be redistributed to participating pool members in proportion
to each participant's share of the total pool (rounded to the nearest dollar). If the remaining balance equals less than $20 per participant, that
amount will be played off rather than redistributed.
4. Tipping. DDL observes customary casino tipping etiquette. In the event of a hand pay, DDL will tip casino staff from total group winnings at
DDL's sole discretion (approximately 1%). This amount will be deducted from total group winnings prior to redistribution.
5. Taxes & Reporting. DDL may perform all spins on participants' behalf using DDL's players card, ensuring DDL is solely responsible for tax
reporting. DDL agrees to cover taxes on profits under $10,000 above the starting pool amount. If profits exceed $10,000, 35% of the amount
exceeding $10,000 will be withheld for taxes prior to redistribution.
6. Machine & Bet Selection. DDL has sole and absolute discretion in selecting the machine(s), denomination(s), and bet amounts. Participants
have no input or control over these decisions.
7. Filming & Media Release. Events will be filmed and/or photographed for use on websites and social media affiliated with DDL and/or the host
casino. By signing, you irrevocably grant DDL the right to use your image, name, likeness, and voice in connection with the event, in any media, in
perpetuity, throughout the world. DDL owns all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in any work produced as part of the event.
8. Casino & Event Rules. DDL and the host casino reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant at any time. All participants agree to
conduct themselves respectfully toward the casino, its staff, other patrons, and DDL staff. Do not block hallways or occupy machines while not
actively playing.
9. No Guarantee of Profit; Assumption of Risk. There are NO guarantees of a profitable outcome. Participants expressly acknowledge that all
money contributed may be lost. The host venue is not responsible for any results. All disputes must be directed solely to Desert Degens LLC.
10. Indemnification & Hold Harmless. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Desert Degens LLC, its members, managers,
officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable
attorney's fees) arising out of or related to participation in any DDL group pull event.
11. Governing Law & Severability. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held. If any provision is
found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
